Traditional pasta kneaded and rolled the artisan way using premium, unbleached Australian durum semolina flour and whole egg. Durum flour produces a rich, golden-coloured pasta that pre-cooks and refreshes beautifully. Our robust durum flour pasta is preferred by many chefs.

Certified Pareve by Kosher Australia. 

Please choose how you want your pasta cut. Spaghetti (2.5mm), linguini (4mm), fettuccine (6mm), tagliatelle (12mm) or pappardelle (24mm) or a whole sheet (24cm x 30cm, weighing approx. 160g).

Our fresh cut pasta is preservative free and can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. 
Alternatively, you can freeze it at home and keep it for up to 3 months. Please note that frozen pasta is brittle and fragile - cook it from frozen (no need to thaw).

You can request frozen versions of all our fresh products. These are snap frozen in a commercial blast freezer and have a longer shelf life.
