Refund policy
Maria’s Pasta endeavours to provide quality products and professional service. If you are not happy with our products or service contact us at orders@marias.com.au with your feedback. We will investigate promptly and work with you to achieve a solution.
You can make a claim for a refund if:
1. you believe that Goods we charged you for were not provided; or
2. there is a fault with the Goods you have purchased; and
3. you notify Maria's Pasta within a reasonable period of time.
Unfortunately due to food safety reasons, change of mind returns and refunds are not available for food items.
