Delivery
Maria’s Pasta delivers Monday to Friday. To qualify for our delivery service your delivery address needs to be in a suburb where we deliver. You can check your eligibility on the postcode checker available at the top of every page of our online store.
A minimum order value of $40 applies to all online orders. Delivery charges are tiered according to order value; order values from $40 to $99 incur a $15.00 "small order" delivery charge, and order values over $100 are delivered for free. These rates are subject to change at any time.
The day and time of delivery will be dependent on your suburb, but will usually occur within 2-3 business days from the time of your order. Our staff will contact you to confirm the delivery day as soon as possible after receiving your order. While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on the delivery day specified, circumstances may arise that prevent us from achieving this. We will communicate with you via email or telephone to keep you informed of variations to the expected delivery.
Non-Contact Deliveries
The health and safety of our staff and customers is a priority. Our drivers will not proceed past your front door.
Unattended Deliveries
If you are unavailable to be at home to receive delivery of your order you need to designate a place that is safe and dry for us to leave the goods. This should be a secure location outside your home, free from pets and pests and protected from weather. You can provide this information when you place your order in the notes section, or email us at orders@marias.com.au.
We strongly recommend that you provide a foam box, esky or cooler bag with ice packs at your designated place of delivery for unattended delivery of frozen & chilled products. If the driver cannot contact you or leave the items where they will not perish, the delivery will be rescheduled and a second delivery fee will be charged. Maria’s Pasta is not responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft of your order when left in this designated area.
Orders should be taken inside and properly stored as soon as possible (within 1 hour after delivery) as we cannot guarantee the quality of items that are not properly stored within this time period. We do not recommend leaving fresh or frozen goods unattended during hot weather for any duration of time.
