Classic flavours combine to make a memorable agnolotti. Our duck, merlot and mushroom jumbo agnolotti are hand made and filled with mushrooms, lean duck, onions and a splash of merlot. We add some fresh Australian ricotta for a hint of creaminess and some parmesan for a little kick. Serve with our napoli sauce or a merlot reduction with a hint of rosemary.
