Each jumbo agnolotti (half-moon shaped) is filled, folded and cut by hand. Ricotta and Spinach is the fundamental Italian filling - simple and delicious.
They look superb on the plate - this is artisan pasta at its finest! Each piece weighs about 55g uncooked. We suggest 2 pieces per person for an entree and 4 pieces for a main.
